I am a PhD candidate at Noragric since September 2021.

In my thesis, I explore the international distribution of labour, and related “post-growth” options for the future of work. I build on the idea that a good life for all not only requires a fair distribution of environmental resources, but also a fair distribution of the limited amount of time that societies have available to provide for their needs.

I am involved in NMBU's 2021-2024 Sustainability Arena "Embedding planetary boundaries in science, policies and education". I have also served as a coordination member of the Post-growth Economics Network, and a founding member of the Nordic Network for Postgrowth Research.

I have an interdisciplinary background, with education in energy engineering (M.Sc.Eng. - École Centrale de Nantes FR) and "Urban, Energy and Environmental Planning" (M.Sc. - Aalborg University DK). I have prior research experience in social metabolism at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, and professional experience in sustainable mobility planning.

My broader research interests span over Ecological Macroeconomics, Institutional Economics, Sustainability Science, Social Metabolism and Political Theory.
