Postdoctoral Researcher in the Microbial Ecology and Physiology (MEP) group at KBM. I use multi-omic approaches (meta-genomics/ transcriptomics/ proteomics) paired with time-resolved, high-sensitivity rate measurements of nitrogen oxide gas kinetics to investigate how oxygen and carbon starvation influence complex denitrifier community structure and function.
