I am a public PhD candidate in the Water and Environmental Engineering Group at the Faculty of Science and Technology (RealTek) at NMBU and MIRA IKS, Norway. I hold a master’s degree from NTNU (Norway) and Chalmers University (Sweden) in Environmental Engineering, specializing in Water and Wastewater Engineering, with 6.5 years of research experience as a researcher in sustainable environmental remediation in Indonesia.
My PhD project is about optimization of sewer infrastructures for nitrogen removal/transformation, reframing collection as the first treatment stage. The project involves two municipalities in Norway which are Lillestrøm and Gjerdrum. My research interests include water and wastewater engineering, environmental microbiology, bioremediation, biotechnology, biomaterials/bioproducts.
