I am a PhD candidate at NMBU/MINA, working within the FME RENEWHYDRO project (RP3-2) on social preferences for climate adaptation in Norwegian hydropower. My primary research interest lies in combining technical energy analysis with socio-economic and environmental perspectives to support decision-making in Norwegian renewable energy sector.

I have a background as a chemical engineer and industrial ecologist, with experience from both research and industry. Prior to my PhD, I worked as a research assistant at NTNU, where my main responsibilities included sustainability analysis, data processing, and support for energy- and climate-related research projects. I also worked as an engineer technologist in the laboratory of a bitumen factory, gaining hands-on experience with industrial testing, quality control, and process-related analysis. My expertise includes Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Energy System Modeling (ESM), and I am motivated by contributing to renewable energy transitions through rigorous, evidence-based sustainability analysis.
