PhD degree – Trial Lecture and Public Defence Dag Yngve Dahle, School of Economics and Business (HH), will defend his PhD thesis "Approaches to branding and behaviour: Studies of HRM and employee voice through organizational branding" on 28 May.

"Studier av HRM og ansattes ytringsrom gjennom organisasjonsmessig merkevarebygging"

“Forholdet mellom lojalitet og voice i profesjoner og velferds-stater. I hvilken grad ser man en spenning mellom ulike typer av lojaliteter og hvilken rolle spiller merkevarebygging i organisasjoner i denne sammenheng"
