Why exchange?

  • Utveksling

"You really feel valued and part of an academic world. (..) [W]e had lecturers that were experts in entomology, microbiology, fungi and plant science and all the lectures looked at interactions between different elements in an agricultural system. We also did mini-project with a PhD student - some of us in the lab, greenhouse, field trials etc. I really recommend it!" (Katie, agroecology NMBU).

Why exchange

NMBU provides many opportunities to take part of your degree abroad through partnerships with great universities all over the world.

A semester or two abroad can give you academic benefits and new and enriched professional knowledge , but also opportunities to form friendships and networks across national boundaries. Studying and living in another country offers a unique opportunity to see the world from a new perspective, and it offers a golden opportunity to become fluent in a foreign language.
