About the agreement
The agreement covers Agricultural sciences, plant sciences, animal science (both bachelor and master level). Courses can be taken at Faculty of Agriculture at University of Bonn.
Who can apply
For all Erasmus agreements it is necessary to have attained 60 credits on your current NMBU program before commencing on an exchange study abroad.
Number of study places
Three students for up to one year each.
Language of teaching
English and German. An intensive course in German is given both before and during the semesters. Information about language courses
Language requirements
Students at bachelor level must document a minimum of B1 level in German proficiency before nomination. Master students must document a minimum of B2 level in English proficiency.
Semester timing
Autumn semester: October - February.
Spring semester: April – August.
Tuition Fees
Erasmus students must continue to pay for NMBU’s semester fees, plus register with NMBU whilst they are on exchange. However, it is not necessary to pay any types of fee at the partner university.
