About the agreement
The agreement covers Ernährung, Landnutzung und Umwelt (School of Life Sciences, Weihenstephan) and Bauingenieur- und Vermessungswesen (building, water, environment, transport etc.).
Other subject areas may also be possible.

Who can apply
For all Erasmus agreements it is necessary to have attained 60 credits on your current NMBU program before commencing on an exchange study abroad.

Number of study places
Landscape architecture /Town- and regional planning: Three places.
Building / Civil Engineering: Four places.
Agriculture: Two places.

Forestry: One place.

Earth Sciences : 3 places at Department of Aerospace and Geodesy

Language of teaching
German and English.

Semester timing
Autumn semester: October – end of March.
Spring semester: April - July.

Tuition Fees
Erasmus students must continue to pay for NMBU’s semester fees, plus register with NMBU whilst they are on exchange. However, it is not necessary to pay any types of fee at the partner university.

It can be difficult to find a place to live in Munich, and the waiting list for student rooms is long. It may therefore be worthwhile reading these tips produced by the university.
