Erasmus+ is the EU's program for higher education in Europe. The program makes it easier for you as a student to do parts of your degree in another European country. In order to travel as an Erasmus+ student you need to go to one of NMBU's partner universities. NMBU has over 130 Erasmus+ agreements in nearly 30 countries, so the options for exchange in Europe are many.
Advantages of doing an Erasmus+ exchange:
- You receive an Erasmus+ scholarship of 350 or 400 Euros per month
- You do not pay tuition fees to the host university
- The host university often helps you with finding housing
- You often get the opportunity to participate in introduction programs for Erasmus+ students
