Information about digital exam - students

NMBU uses the digital examination tool WISEflow to manage digital examination and digital assessment. Please read the information below if you are going to have a digital exam at NMBU.

Having a digital exam at NMBU? This is what you need to do:

*Bring your own laptop

*Remember your FEIDE user credentials

*Install FLOWlock before the exam

(FLOWlock is an exam browser, that will prevent access to files on local computer and content on the Internet, where this is not allowed)

*Run a demo exam in WISEflow, to get familiar with the system

Go to Studentweb to check if your course is having a digital exam.

You must bring your own computer to use on the exam. You are responsible to check that the computer meets the requirements, and that the safe exam browser is installed and works properly before the exam date. We also recommend that you run a demo exam in WISEflow, to get to know the system before the real exam.

We do not hand out the exam questions om paper. How to find the exam questions in WISEflow is described in the article 'Using FLOWlock tools and features'.

If you don't have a PC/Mac

If you don't have a computer or your computer doesn't meet the necessary requirements listed above, you may apply to borrow a computer from NMBU for the exam.

Use application form.

Application deadline is the same as the deadline for withdrawal.

For courses with Lovdata as a permitted aid during the exam, you will have access to the online exam version of Lovdata through WISEflow. You have to use your Feide username and password to log in to Lovdata.

Assessment and feedback

The assessor can give comments and feedback directly to your assignment in WISEflow. We recommend that you check this when the examination results for your digital exams are ready.
