  • Detailed program

The detailed conference program will be published shortly after the registration deadline.

  • PhD Workshop

A full‑day PhD workshop will take place on Monday, 10 May 2027, on NMBU’s campus. The workshop will be coordinated by the PLPR PhD Coordinators Katharina Künzel (TU Dortmund University, Germany) and Bernadeta Baroková (Charles University, Czechia), together with Eilert Berre Ellefsen (NMBU, Norway).

Building on the format of recent PLPR PhD workshops, the day will offer participating PhD candidates the opportunity to present and discuss their research in small, mentored groups, receive targeted feedback from senior scholars, refine their research focus and presentation, and engage with peers from across the PLPR community in a supportive and collegial setting. The workshop is open to PhD candidates working at the intersection of planning, law, and property rights, at any stage of their doctoral research.

Participation in the PhD workshop will be linked to the main PLPR conference. Interested participants will be required to submit an abstract to the conference and, if accepted, provide a short written description of their PhD project outlining their research question, theoretical approach, methods, current status, and specific issues on which they would like feedback.

Further details on application procedures and deadlines will be announced in due course.

  • Social Events

A number of social events will be organised as part of the conference programme. An informal welcome gathering, open to all conference participants, will take place in Ås on Monday, 10 May 2027, offering an opportunity for participants to meet and network. In addition, the conference programme will include on‑campus dinners from Tuesday, 11 May through Thursday, 13 May.

Detailed information will be provided here in late 2026.

  • Excursions

Several excursions are planned for afternoon of Friday 14 May 2027. These will offer participants the opportunity to explore different conference‑related topics in Oslo and the region around Ås.

Detailed information will be provided here in late 2026.
