This course is given for students who do not have relevant background to attend MATH100
Learning outcome:
To bring students to a level that makes them able to attend MATH100

The lecturer/assistant teacher will teach topics and solve exercises.

Prerequisites:
One year of mathematics from upper secondary school.

MATH001 has no exam.
Entrance requirements:
Minimum requirements for entrance to higher education in Norway (generell studiekompetanse)
Type of course:
4 hours per day, 4 days per week for 3 weeks. The total number of hours with teaching/exercises = 48 hours.
Note:
The course is given provided there are resourses. This course gives no credits, but is an introduction to MATH100.
