Course contents:

August- September (5 credits): The course starts in August block with a two day mandatory excursion  to various livestock producers and agriculture cooperative companies.  A one-day trip to a research station that conducts experiments in marine ecology and aquaculture is also mandatory.  A brief introduction and demonstration of our most important forage crops and grains will be presented.

One week will be dedicated to lectures from important players in the agricultural industry.

In September there will be a 4-week period  with demonstrations and practical work at the er for Animal experiments (SHF) including  cattle, sheep, pigs, horses, fur animals and fish. The practice includes 4-5 hours of each species.
