The course will consist of traditional lecturing as well as classes, guest lectures and written assignments.

There are numerous laws and regulations related to corporate governance/risk mangagement/internal control in Norwegian companies. The course will deal with important concepts, rules and regulations, and also highlight the roles of different agents such as the board, auditing board, administrative leadership, auditor, risk management and complience functions.
