Course contents:
The course starts with the identification of areas of current interest for the fish farming industry. Based thereupon, topics are decided for student-prepared discussions, lectures given by teachers or guest lectures from the industry.
Learning outcome:
Students will acquire an interdisciplinary understanding and technical independence in the area of aquaculture.

Acquired throughout the semester.
Prerequisites:
Bachelor´s degree in Aquaculture or similar.
Recommended prerequisites:
Knowledge of nutrition at the 200-level.
Mandatory activity:
Students have an obligation to appear at all student projects presentations.
Assessment:
Oral presentation of project counts 100%.
Nominal workload:
150 hours.
