Partner Universities in Kenya

Kenya is in eastern Africa. A large portion of the country was previously a British colony up until the 1960's. Tanzania borders the country in the south, Uganda in the west, South Sudan in the northwest, Ethiopia in the north, Somalia in the north east and the Indian Ocean in the southeast.

Kenya has a rich wildlife and fantastic nature where Mount Kenya is located which is Africa's highest point.

Moi University

The university's main campus is located in Eldoret, Kenya, but Moi has 3 smaller campuses in other parts of the country. Eldoret is a small country town in western Kenya.

This exchange agreement is part of a NORPART-project. The project is concerns renewal energy and education. All NMBU students who find relevant courses can apply for exchange to Moi, but students in the renewable energy program are prioritized.
