PhD Student within food chemistry. My main topic involve dairy lipid analysis and in vitro digestion of dairy lipids. My research focus on the investigation of the effect of a novel sustainable concentrate feed on the fatty acid composition of milk, in addition to the in vitro lipid digestibility of different dairy products.
