Meeting with the stakeholders

On Novembre 7, 2022, Reshare partners from TØI and NMBU met the stakeholders from OBOS, Ruter, Viken fylkes kommune, Parqio, Pådriv. Tanu Priya coordinated the meeting and discussion. Mina Di Marino (WP4 leader) presented the main results from the spatial analyses and observations conducted in the two selected districts of Løren and Økern, in collaboration with NMBU and NTNU students. In addition, she showed the abacus about the possible functions and spaces (indoor, outdoor) and shared mobility that can be used for depicting future Reshare solutions on the first floors of residential, office and even commercial buildings. Moreover, two functional maps are provided which show the combination of Residential Shared Mobility and Residential Shared Space. Cyriac George (WP1 leader) focused on the existing cases in Oslo and possible conflicts when applying Reshare approach. The stakeholders pointed out several aspects to further analyse, the social interactions and sustainability as well as willigness of residents to share (Viken), the importance for security and accessibility (Parqio), the relevance of concrete examples and where to experiment Reshare approach (OBOS). We also pointed out the need for theoretical approaches and how the planning principles can be re-addressed in order to have in mind the concept of 'sharing' in our existing and future neighborhooods.
