Ervina, Faculty of Chemistry, Biotechnology and Food Science (KBM) will defend her PhD thesis “Taste sensitivity and food liking in preadolescent children”, on Friday 19 November, 2021.

"Smakssensitivitet og matpreferanser hos barn"

Prescribed subject of the trial lecture:

"Challenges and opportunities in the aged population: could tailor-made sensory properties and texture in food attenuate undernutrition in elderly?"

Norwegian title of the trial lecture:

"Utfordringer og muligheter i den eldre befolkningen: kan skreddersydde sensoriske egenskaper og tekstur i mat dempe underernæring hos eldre?"

Time and place for the trial lecture:

Thursday 4th November 2021, at 12:15. The trial lecture will be carried out via Zoom
