Vituce Jelasy Kalungwizi, Faculty of Science and Technology (REALTEK) will defend his PhD thesis "Teacher education as key to adaptation to environmental degradation in Tanzania: Development of environmental education through participatory action research" on 7 September 2020.

This public defence will be held partly in digital form since physical presence must be limited due to Covid-19. All are welcome to witness the digital defence, but please read and abide by the guidelines stated below. This is required for the defense to run without interruptions and noise.

A restricted number of people are allowed to be physically present during the trial lecture and defence. This trial lecture and public defence can be followed in room ALFA, TF1-101, Drøbakveien 31, NMBU, Ås, which currently has a limit of 15 participants. All who are physically present must register their name and phone number.

Guidelines for attending the defence via Zoom:

You will first be placed in the waiting room. Please introduce yourself with your name and affiliation.
Put your microphone on mute and do not use your camera.
If anyone wishes to oppose Ex Auditorio, please ask your question in the chat before the 1st opponent finishes his or her opposition.
Testing of your own equipment is advised before attending.
