Technical University of Denmark (DTU) is Denmarks most reputable technical university. The main campus is in Lyngby outside Copehagen and the university has 6500 students. DTU's huge green campus is an obvious centre of life in the suburbs of Copenhagen. DTU currently invests in a lot of new buildings and infrastructure to provide students and researchers with unique facilities. DTU wants to give its students an experimental and innovative education.

About the agreement
The agreement is open for all UMB students, but is most relevant for students in biotechnology, food science, engineering, water and sanitation, aquaculture, industrial engineering, chemistry and structural engineering.

Who can apply
All Erasmus students must complete 60 credits before the exchange semester starts.

NB! Exchange students must complete minimum 25 ECTS per semester at DTU.

Applicants with the highest grade point average at the time of applying will be prioritized. DTU requires a grade point average of C.

Language of teaching
Danish and English.

Semester duration
Autumn semester: End of august - December/January.
Spring semester: End of January - May/June.

Tution fees
Erasmus students must register and pay the semester fee at UMB whilst on exchange, but do not pay any tution fees at the partner university.
