Dag Einar Sommervoll, professor at the institute of Landscape Architecture and Spatial Planning at Norwegian University of Life Sciences, held a seminar with the title "Getting more by asking for less: The efficacy of a strategically low ask in the real estate market". Ephraim Nkonya, senior research fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), held a seminar with the title "The Inverse relationship between profit and adoption rate of soil fertility management in sub-Saharan Africa". Tower Building, NMBU, Aas, June 2nd.

Stein T. Holden held a seminar with the title "Joint Land Certification, Gendered Preferences, and Land-related Decisions: Are Wives Getting More Involved?" at the Business School, Queensland University of Technology, October 16th.

Dr. Bill Kinsey, senior research fellow at Ruzivo Trust, held a seminar with the title "The Promise of Land: The Long-term Legacy of Zimbabwe's Agrarian Reform", Thor Larsen Attic, Tivoli Building, NMBU, Aas, September 26th. 

Hans Mattsson, professor emeritus from the Department of Real Estate and Construction Management, KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, held a seminar with the title "Är utbildningarna av lantmätare (jordskiftekandidater) i Europa inte anpassade till marknadens behov?". Seminar on "The Land Registry as an object for research" organised by CLTS and ILP. Economy Building, NMBU, November 15th.

Stein Holden presented the CLTS new book "Land Tenure Reform in Asia and Africa" and key findings from the studies in many Asian and African countries at the open LARRI (Land Rights Research Initiative) seminar"Land Tenure Reforms in Asia and Africa". School of Business, Economics and Law, Gøteborg, September 18th.

Poul Wisborg gave a presentation with the title "Gender Tactics and Norwegian Land Acquisition in Ghana". Thor Larsen Attic, Tivoli Building, NMBU, Aas, May 27th. 

Erling Berge participated as a discussant in the United Nations University (UNU) Interactive Seminar with the title "Management of Local Commons in the Age of Globalization". Tokyo, March 29th.

Stein Holden and Sosina Bezu gave presentation with the title "Generosity and social distance in dictator game field experiments with and without a face " at the CLTS internal seminar. School of Economics and Business, NMBU, Aas, January 24th.

Stein Holden gave a presentation with the title "Lønnsom og bærekraftig landbruksutvikling i Afrika: Storskala eller småskala?". Norfund, Aker Brygge, Oslo, April 19th.

CLTS hosted an international meeting for UN-HABITAT with the title "Exploring the Youth Dimensions of the Global Land Tools Agenda". NMBU, Aas, January 24-25th.
