Spring Semester 2026

January

  1. 5 Semester starts
  2. 5 January Block through 23 January
  3. 7 Deadline for January block withdrawal
  4. 26 and 27 January Block examination
  5. 28 Spring Parallel through 8 May

February

  1. 1 Deadline for Spring Parallel registration
  2. 1 Deadline for semester registration/semester fee/confirmation of educational plan 
  3. 1 Deadline for Thesis registration (withdrawal not possible after 1 Feb)
  4. 1 Deadline to apply for exchange studies autumn 2026/spring 2027

March

  1. 1 Deadline for registration for re-examination (konte) in May
  2. 1 Deadline to apply for special needs facilitation for spring semester - for students who previously have not been granted facilitations
  3. 30 Easter Holiday through 6 April (no classes)

April

  1. 1 Deadline for Spring Parallel withdrawal  
  2. 1 Deadline for re-examination (konte) in May withdrawal
  3. 1 Deadline for June Block registration
  4. ? Submission of degree thesis opens in WISEflow

May

  1. 1 Deadline for June Block withdrawal     
  2. 1 Labor Day - no classes
  3. 11 - 27 Spring Parallel examinations
  4. 15 Deadline for Thesis submission (if the deadline falls on a Saturday / Sunday or public holiday, the following working day will be the new deadline)
  5. 28 and 29 Re-examination (konte)

June

  1. 1 Deadline to apply for transfer to another study program
  2. 1 June block through 26 June
  3. 12, 19 and 26 June block examinations
  4. 26 End of academic year
