Free participation for members of NMBU-BIL!
The company sports team at NMBU (NMBU-BIL) is proud to co-organize the Follotrimmens race at NMBU. Follotrimmen at NMBU takes place on Wednesday, May 7th at 6:00 PM.
Follotrimmen is a running carousel consisting of 8 races at different locations in Follo, with different distances, surfaces and course profiles. Follotrimmen is a unique sports and social event, perfect for those who want to experience the joy of running together with your colleagues and friends. You choose whether you want to participate on time, or just complete the distances. Here you can compete against yourself, or measure your strength against other runners.
Follotrimmen at NMBU is the second race in the carousel and participants run a 5 km course from Andedammen, through the campus and in Nordskogen.
Members of NMBU-BIL can participate in Follotrimmen at NMBU FOR FREE!
Original price 300/250 NOK with/without timing.
To register you must do the following:
- 1. become a member of NMBU-BIL by paying the membership fee for 2026 (200 NOK): https://medlemskap.nif.no/Start/Index/11273
- 2. send an email to Silje Modahl Johanson with your name, date of birth, and information on if you would like to run with timing or not, BEFORE 29 April
