The first Nordic Energy Economics and Decarbonisation Strategies (NEEDS) Workshop was held at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) in Ås on 20–21 November 2025.
The workshop brought together researchers from across the Nordic region working at the intersection of energy economics, climate policy and decarbonisation strategies. It featured research presentations, a keynote by Lassi Ahlvik (University of Helsinki), and a panel discussion with industry and policy representatives.
