In cases of extensive absence, the module must be retaken with a later cohort. It is up to the course instructor to assess the consequences based on the extent of the absence.

    Documentation Requirements:

A maximum of 4 days may be self-certified. The student must submit a self-certification for valid absence by email to the module coordinator, with a copy to the study administration.

For absence exceeding 4 days, a medical certificate must be submitted to the study administration.
