Students will be introduced to principles of production management, risk management, and various management tools, including biomass control systems, environmental monitoring, and monitoring of fish welfare and disease. The course also covers measures and procedures for handling health issues in aquaculture facilities. Additionally, feeding strategies and seasonal/site-adapted feeding regimes—both practical and economic aspects—are addressed.
