Is strength training or yoga with an instructor something for you?

Would you like to attend an hour of strength training or yoga during work hours? The company sports team at NMBU (NMBU-BIL) wants to get an overview of how many people are interested in a weekly one-hour class of strength training or yoga at Eika Sport Center. 

The company sports team at NMBU (NMBU-BIL) wants to get an overview of how many people are interested in a weekly one-hour class of strength training or yoga. Both classes will take place with an instructor in a training hall and with the use of necessary equipment.

The training will take place during working hours, either in the morning or afternoon, and can be a part of the training during working hours (see the HSE handbook).

The venue will be Eika Sports Centre. The exact time and day have not yet been determined as it depends on the number of interested parties and available capacity in the gym. There will be a requirement for registration in NMBU-BIL to attend the class. A small participation fee will be charged to ensure attendance.
