NMBU-BIL (the company sports team at NMBU) invites you to a pilates course winter/spring of 2025! This has been a very popular offer and we have had several successful courses here in Ås in recent years.

The course is led by a very skilled, certified instructor, here is a presentation of her:

Hanne Koren Bignell has been teaching Pilates since 1997 and started with Master Teacher Romana Kryzanowska in NYC, where she also worked for Alycea Ungaro. Since then, she has worked in Bermuda, and through her own studio in Oslo. Part of being an instructor is still learning. Some highlights have been Pilates Teacher Trainer training with Master Teachers Michael Fritzke and Ton Voogt and recently Gloria Gasperi's Master Program. Hanne is also a trained masseuse from Axelson's Bodywork School.

Today, Hanne works as a teacher at Follo Folkehøgskole where she has established the Personal Trainer line with Pilates, yoga and massage. Recently, she has established The Pilates School of Oslo together with Ann-Elisabeth Solberg for further training of instructors, and works from her home studio in Hølen, Vestby.

Remember that there are a limited number of spots, so it's advised to sign up quickly if you are interested! (The last course was fully booked and with people on a waiting list.)
