I am a PhD student working on improving risk communication about ionizing radiation. My research interests include studying the role of traditional and social media in the risk communication and the use of stakeholder involvement in radiation protection and other spheres.
I have been involved in several European projects dealing with societal aspects of radiological emergencies (PREPARE, NERIS, SHAMISEN) and stakeholder involvement in environmental remediation (NanoRem).
I have a master degree in ecology from NMBU where I have focused on environmental risk assessment with a specialty topic on societal aspects of the risk assessment.
