Research interests: Green process engineering; Bioprocesses and Biosystems; Process monitoring and optimisation of bio-processes; Vibrational spectroscopy; monitoring of microorganisms in processing environments. Goals of research: (1) Development of sustainable bioprocesses, (2) Development of rapid and high-throughput technology based on vibrational spectroscopy for screening and process monitoring.
