Kostas Mouratidis is Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU). He is a member of the Urban Sustainability Research Group.
His research interests revolve around urban quality of life and urban mobility. His current research focuses on cities and quality of life; neighborhood satisfaction; transport and well-being; land use and travel behavior; walkability; and emerging urban mobility.
Methodological expertise: Statistical analysis and modeling, Geographic information systems (GIS), Experiments with Virtual Reality technology, Survey research, Qualitative interviews, Mixed methods research.
Kostas holds a PhD in urban and regional planning from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, a MSc from the University of Texas at Austin and a MEng from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
