Fabian Grammes

I am a researcher working in the field of genomics of Salmon salar. During my earlier years I did spend a lot of time in the lab. However, now I’m mostly sitting in front of the computer analyzing data. My main interests are omics data as well as gene annotations.

Currently I am working on the DigiSal project, which is part of Digital Life. I am also working on a project that aims to better understand the host parasite relation for S.salar and L.salmonis (sea louse)
