Recently, an error occurred in the rollout of the new application in Apcoa Flow, which has resulted in some users losing their preferential parking agreement at NMBU. This applies to both employees and students.
Have you received a fine?
If you have received a fine (control sanction) because your agreement has been cancelled, you must submit a complaint. On the fine (the yellow note) you will find all the necessary information on how to appeal. All complaints where the reason is that the agreement has been cancelled will have the fine destroyed.

In addition, we have discovered that during the transition, no notification was sent about the need to renew preferential parking. We therefore encourage everyone to log in and check the status of their agreement. If the agreement has expired or has fallen through, you must add preferential parking again.
