Hilde has worked at the Imaging Centre since 2007, doing all kind of microscopy, preparationtechnices and teaching at the BIO 300 Microscopy Techniques.
Lene started working at the Imaging Centre in April 2015. She has broad experience from the former EM-lab at the Anatomy and Pathology Department at Adamstua, NMBU, and the The core facility for Advanced Electron Microscopy at OUH.
She has general skills in the different light microscopy techniques, preparation and staining methods, and specific skills in the field of transmission electron microscopy, preparation methods for pure morphological studies and for immunocytochemical localization of antigens on ultrathin sections.
