Background
Capacity building in Zoonotic diseases management using the integrated approach to ecosystems health at human-livestock-wildlife interface in Eastern and Southern Africa (CAPAZOMANINTECO)
CAPAZOMANINTECO was financed under NORAD's NORHED-program and was a collaboration between NMBU/Institute for Food Safety and Infection Biology (MatInf) and the veterinary faculties at Makerere University in Uganda, the University of Zambia and the University of Bar el Ghazal in South Sudan.
The project built on years of cooperation with the African partners in zoonoses control under the One Health umbrella. The project was completed in 2021.
