Through a two-year program, participants receive support to:
- strengthen their competitiveness for external research funding
- build capacity in research leadership
- further develop their international research network
The program is built around plenary sessions and mentor-led groups. Participants access the experiences of senior researchers and other experts, with opportunities for peer learning and mutual support, plus time to work on strategic career plans and project ideas.
Researchers taking part in the program receive funding for career development and form a peer network throughout the program.
