Professor Stein T. Holden presented a keynote statement at the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) Research Dissemination Conference 2025—Malawi on November 26, 2025.

The presentation topic was on "Agricultural Development Policy and Behaviour in Malawi: 20 Years of Research Collaboration between NMBU and LUANAR."

This included the recent work under the Experiments for Development of Climate-Smart Agriculture (SMARTEX) project, a collaborative project between LUANAR and NMBU with support from the Norwegian government.
