About this course

Lectures: generally on the right of ownership, the regulations concerning registration and land registration, real estate boundaries, neighbour law and servitudes.

Learning outcome

The course gives an introduction to the right of ownership, how the boundaries between real estate properties are to be settled and why we have property registration. In addition, the candidates must be familiar with neighbour law and servitudes as well as have knowledge to the juridical method.

  • Examiner scheme
    An external examiner participates in the evaluation of the examination answers from a random selection of candidates or possibly from all the candidates. Discussions about the content of the course and how it is conducted are fixed topics during the evaluation conference.
