About this course
Lectures in contract law, the sale of goods, tort law and the law of companies.
Learning outcome
Knowledge:
Students should have a solid understanding of the fundamental rules in contract law, sales law, tort law, and company law. This includes, among other things, an understanding of different types of companies, especially with regard to liability, organization, and representation. Students should have a thorough understanding of the private limited company (AS) as a corporate form, and familiarity with the public limited company (ASA), general partnership (ANS), partnership with shared liability (DA), and cooperative (SA).
Skills and general competence:
Students should be able to apply and communicate key legal rules within contract law, sales law, tort law, and company law, including the ability to identify and discuss legal issues.
