About this course
The course focuses on how to analyze and manage situations where the parties have concurrent and opposing interests, and how to manage conflicts. The participants learn through use of game theory and negotiation theory in seminars and role plays. The main focus is on situations land consolidation judges, property developers, land acquisition managers and planners face and have to manage as professionals.
Learning outcome
The course aims to give the participants theoretical and practical understanding of how to analyze situations and how to use game theory and negotiation theory as tools.
- Lectures, seminars and role play.
- Grunnleggende kompetanse innen investeringsanalyse, mikro- og makroøkonomiske emner, markedsanalyse, utdanning tilsvarende bachelor.
- Written exam 3.5 hours, which counts for 100 % of the total grade. Grade (mark) scale is A-F.
One written exam Grading: Letter grades Permitted aids: A1 No calculator, no other aids - An external examiner participates in the evaluation of all the examination papers and written exam.
