  • An external examiner participates in the evaluation of all the candidates' examination answers.

Great emphasis is put on getting an examiner who is willing to enter a role as a participator in the quality assurance process. The same examiner is used for several years, so that a comparison over time is possible. The examiner is systematically and thoroughly informed about the aims, contents, arrangements and conduction of the course. The examiner also participates in the production of the examination papers. Finally, a discussion is held between the examiner, teachers and possibly a small number of students.
