  • March 17 – Call for Applications Published
  • Faculties are informed about the recognition and the call for applications.

April

  • Faculties are informed about the recognition and the call for applications.
  • April 24, 14:15-15:15
    Application Support: Conversations and Q&A session with Excellent Teaching Practitioners.

  • May 22, 09-10
    Application Support: Conversations and Q&A session with Excellent Teaching Practitioners.

June

  • Application Writing

August

  • August 19, 14.00-15.00

  • September 15: Application Deadline.
  • The evaluation committee begins the assessment process.

October

  • The committee evaluates the applications.
  • Interviewing of applicants

November

  • The committee finalizes its evaluations.

January 2026

  • The Evaluation Committee’s recommendation will be presented at the University Board meeting on January 29. The University Board will decide on and confer the status of Excellent Teaching Practitioners
  • Announcement of new ETP's
  • Applicants will receive written feedback with justification and an offer of a follow-up meeting.
