Siv Kjølsrud Bøhn is a professor in biomedicine at Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU). Bøhn has a PhD in nutrition from Faculty of Medicine, University of Oslo. Her current reseach focus on the role of the interaction between diet and the gut flora and its impact on health.
