I teach and do research on business strategy and strategy implementation. My areas of research and teaching interest are the role of inter-organizational co-operation and competition in industry development (buyer-supplier relationships, competitor relationships, co-operatives as an organizational form, relationships between start-ups and established firms, etc.), implementation of customer-oriented strategies, and developing co-operation between business and academia in teaching. For publications, see link below. My current research projects include strategies for co-opetition and growth in the food industries, competitiveness of co-operatives, combining market mechanism and relational norms in buyer-supplier relationships, and managing customer-based assets.
