My research interests are migration health, social determinants of health, global health, nutrition and non-communicable diseases, and epidemiology. Leveraging linked register data from various sources, I study health and health service use among immigrants and their descendants, and the importance of socio-demographic factors. I am also involved in a project assessing quality of care in psychiatric care and substance use treatment among patients with immigrant background.
