I am Outreach Director and head of administration at Skatteforsk - Norwegian Centre for Tax Research. I was responsible for building the centre’s project management structure, with clear plans, roles and routines that turn strong research ideas into deliverables. I oversee budgets and reporting, and support the management team with HR, contracts, and strategic input that helps guide the centre’s activities.
Externally, I connect researchers with public authorities, the financial sector, civil society and international partners. I coordinate our center's policy work and media outreach, and I am responsible for creating meeting arenas and opportunities where our research is put to use. Previously, I was President of the Norwegian Students' and Academics' International Assistance Fund (SAIH) and I currently serve on the Executive Committee of Education Cannot Wait, the UN fund for education in emergencies.
