Charlotta Levay

I am an Associate Professor in Organisation and Leadership at NMBU School of Economics and Business and also Associate Professor in Business Administration at Lund University, Sweden.

My research interests centre on issues of leadership, identity, quantification, professional work, and health care management. I have published in academic journals including Human Relations, Organization Studies, and The Leadership Quarterly. Currently, I am involved in a project on sustainability in organisational context. I am the director of the master's course  AOS325 Contemporary Organisations and the bachelor's course AOS236 Sustainability Leadership. I serve as member of the Faculty Board of the School of Economics and Business. 

Previously, I have been Head of Department at Lund University, Harkness Fellow in Health Care Policy and Practice at Harvard Medical School, and special advisor to the Commission on the Future of Sweden. In terms of outreach, I am a regular contributor to publications such as the Swedish magazines Axess and Signum.
