I am a researcher in the applied quantitative ecology group. I have experience in analysing large ecological datasets and developing quantitative models to understand animal behaviour. My PhD focused on the diel activity patterns of mammals in tropical forests, using diverse statistical approaches. Currently, I applied occupancy modelling to assess bat activity in wind farms in Norway, aiming to evaluate potential conservation risks for mammals in renewable energy landscapes. In addition to research, I am part of the R club, that supports students in programming in R Club and I am teacher assistant in ECOL340.
