My doctoral project, AntibiotiKu (within the Moo-ve project), focuses on quantifying antibiotic use in Norwegian cattle and applying metagenomics to quantify and explore AMR genes, primarily in cattle from the HUNT One Health project. Beyond my doctoral project, I've been involved with studying aquatic plastispheres and WWTP biofilms to understand their roles as reservoirs of AMR. I am also involved in building better resources for the AMR/metagenomics research community in collaboration with RamBio lab at DTU, Denmark.
